If the machine in stock, we will double test the machine before delivery about 1-2 days will send out If out of stock ,It need about 5-7 days to prepare in general If customized ,It depend on the details, Please contact us to talk about it .

1 year for the host machine and 3 months for the spare parts. As the manufacturer, we can provide you with lifetime technical support.
